Manufacturer Return Policies
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with a new air purifier purchased from The Clean Air Coach, you can return it as follows:
Austin Air customers can return a new air purifier to the manufacturer within 30 days if the unit and packaging is in new condition.
For all returns, customers pay return shipping costs plus the original outbound shipping costs paid by The Clean Air Coach. Items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional restocking fees. Items that have been damaged by the customer are subject to repair and/or replacement costs. The customer is responsible for the product, including loss or damage, while it is being returned for any reason. Insurance is recommended.
No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Manufacturer Return Instructions

If you decide to return your product, and it is not a warranty issue, first call The Clean Air Coach at 604 316-5354.
We will call the manufacturer and then give you a shipping address and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be written on the outside of your shipping box.
A package that is not clearly marked with an RA# on the outside of the box may be refused by the manufacturer and returned to you at your expense. This is aI security regulation for the safety of our manufacturers and their employees. Keep a copy of the RA# and other paperwork for your own records.
Send the product to the manufacturer in its original, new condition, insured and in original packaging with sufficient protection and postage together with the RA#, a copy of the original bill of sale and all manuals, registration cards and accessories.
The manufacturer will examine returned merchandise upon receipt. If the product is found in its original working and physical condition, your account will be credited.
Appropriate refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. Please allow 15 business days for refund processing after arrival of the goods at the warehouse.
